The OpenProofs.org site is available to all who are interested in the development of open proofs, but to make it happen, someone had to get it going.

Our thanks to the U.S. Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Networks & Information Integration) (OASD(NII)) - Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Intelligence and Information Assurance (CIO/ODASD(I&IA)), and in particular its Globalization Task Force leadership, who supported setting up the project including the website.
